Ease of use in backing up data

The product has no free support for bug issues. The original price is very high. The accuracy in data backup is poor.
Summary
If you are only looking for a product that is easy to use in pretending to back up your data, this is the product for you. However if you want the backup to be accurate and to be confident that all your data is safe. Stay as far away from this program as possible. I made a back up of 4 different machines and when it was time to restro only about 75% of the data was available. Tech support advised that it was a known bug in the program, but refused to offer any assistance unless a high support fee was paid.

Easy to set up different backup jobs. The restoration process is straight forward and quick.
Cons
Would like a little more control over the log reporting process. End up with long lists of skipped files in the log, when I may have elected to skip those files on purpose.
Summary
Good program with easy controls. Could use a little tweaking on the logging process, but overall an excellent product for the cost.
