Version: Noto Personal Organizer 1.40
Pros: I'm always looking for new and interesting software, and being a Design student, I want software to be equally efficient and beautiful. Most software designers do not always find the right balance between those two things, but the creators of Noto Personal Organizer really managed to develop a PIM that is as useful as it is good looking.
I?ve tried similar organizers, but this one beats them all, since it does everything a PIM software does (for instance, you can set alarms!), but also looks and works as a real personal organizer (for instance, you can add stickers to important events!), which makes it unique, and also easier to use (no help file needed at all) and nicer to look at.
Besides of the many cool things it does: calendar, to do lists, day, week, month planning, etc., customizing and choosing from a ton of different skins and icons is probably the funniest part for those of us who love to make everything unique and personal. But it also includes other functions that spice it up even more: a calculator, a game and an MP3 player that are also customizable!
Just like the person who thought of digitalizing sticky notes, the person who thought of Noto, had the cleverest idea and made a great job in translating the loose-leaf organizer to the digital world. The interface is just right for those who, like me, work all day on their computers and therefore need all their data to be digital, but at the same time, miss the warmth of old real desktops with books and papers? clipping notes, adding stickers and colors, turning pages? all that is not lost in Noto. My old ?real? organizer looked just like Noto, except that it didn?t work quite as good.
I fell in love in love with Noto, from the concept of the application to its design and looks. There is no way to dislike this software.

Version: Noto Personal Organizer 1.40
"A stylish mini-personal organizer inside a loose-leaf notebook user interface."
Pros: Noto Personal Organizer?s key distinction is that it is a folder-based organization that makes it stand out from the crowd, rather than to depend on standard folders accessed via file menus, these are all easily reached by section tabs. All applications appear inside a loose-leaf notebook user interface. These tabbed sections offer access to an extensive personal organizer, with appointments configurable and viewable by day, week, month, and type of project. These are easily accessible by means of the selection bars. And each appointment can be programmed with an audible alarm that you can set to go off at specified intervals before that appointment (such as for a phone call you have previously scheduled) that needs to happen.
Noto also offers capabilities more often associated with PDAs than with desktop productivity tools.
There is a calculator, a built-in MP3 player with several skins of your choosing, as well as a mind-twisting game you can fiddle with while you are experiencing those altogether too-rare idle moments. Easily the best personal organizer I have ever seen.

Version: Noto Personal Organizer 1.40
Pros: I am not going into a super long response here. I love everything except for the one think i will put in cons.
Cons: the budget section needs to be able to add and subtract money. a budget changes as you buy things and then maybe you might get more to add. so that is really no good i cant find any reason to use the budget page the way it is.

"Absolutely Amazing...Lifesaver! ^_^"
Pros: Easy to use.
Included Video Tutorial (click on the back page)
Very customizable, and fast
Covers pretty much everything you could want!Cons: It's not really a con, as I'm going to figure out a good way to remind myself to use it lol. It does auto-start in the tray, if you wish, but I need a way for it to 'slap me in the face' to remind me to organize my life ^^
Summary: I downloaded this recently, and am nothing short of amazed. It doesn't hog resources, or your screen (unless you wish it to when your using it). The usability of this program is nothing short of awesome; I've already been having fun putting in my sch... read more
