Pros
It is easy to pick up and play with initially and does not force you to learn how to use lots of complex controls before you can use it. Then when you explore the program to see what it can do it starts to take shape as a monster program that will conquer the world mu ha ha ha ha!
Cons
Only gripe is it could do with a test facility to see how your web page would look in various browsers so you didnt need to get them all to find out if your page would work with them. But I dont think any other program has that so it not realy a based gripe
