Version: NoteTab Pro 6.12
"Fast Plain Text and HTML Editing"
Pros: It loads quickly. Has HTML coding help feature. I like the feature that allows you to either add HTML to plain text or strip HTML to turn a web page into plain text. I use it frequently. The outline feature allows you to link documents together.
Cons: The only downside is it has so many features and capabilities that it might be too much for beginning users. The solution is simple, however; use as much or as little as you need to of the features.
Summary: I highly recommend NoteTab Pro. It has been around for years and has improved over time. read more

"My one indispensable piece of software"
Pros: - Pasteboard
- Text case manipulation keyboard shortcuts
- Very flexible interface setup with lots of options (Myself, I set it up to look like Wordperfect 5.1 - I am weird that way...)Cons: None that I know of... maybe that it doesn't clean my house?
Summary: This is the one indispensable piece of software in my arsenal. I use it to write poetry, html code or as an alternate editor for my mail program. It is clean, lean and yet it has everything you need in a text processor - and then a few things you did... read more

Pros: Easy to use, reliable, flexible, my go-to writing software for drafts, web design, web scripting, note-taking.
Cons: I haven't found anything I dislike about this product.

Version: NoteTab Pro 6.12
Pros: I've used NoteTab Pro for years. It's simple to use and has some powerful features for HTML, and doesn't fill the text with lots of rubbish tags like certain word processing software! I'd recommend it to anyone basic reports etc.
Cons: I have no cons as it is perfect for the way that I use it.

Version: NoteTab Pro 6.12
"Has it all to make text and html and macros fast."
Pros: I've designed and put up several websites using NoteTab and ftp only, and am always using it to collect snippets (of any size).You can insert boilerplate, common or custom html tags, css, js, etc, with a doubleclick in a list or even using icons.
Cons: I like the way it works so well that I wish it did rtf or doc files, not just plain text. I would use it every day.
