Formatting is great. You can change transparency, position, "always on top," font, etc. That's useful.
Cons
Reminder feature needs improvement. You can choose a time, but it looks like the reminder can only be scheduled for the current day and I'd like to be able to schedule for the day before the event. Scheduling should be clearer and allow more options.

Easy to use, nice user interface, some usefull function (time reminder).
Cons
Notes usually disappear, and you never can tell why, and where to. Notes doesn't saved automaticly, however they don't dissappear when you restart your computer - or they do.
At a program which main function is to remember the user not to forget something, it's a big shame...

Very well to keep something in mind. Transparency and reminder features are all what I need. I'm not sure if it help productivity, but a note can syndicate a RSS feed.
Cons
I need this to run on the startup. A note can be sized only from bottom-right corner.

I liked everything about it. No complaints. The note sizes are adjustable, which I really find useful. The customer support is extremely quick and friendly. Cheers!

Note-it, which i have used for a long time now, is easy to use, doesn't have over baked options just to make it look good,does what it's supposed to do, won't use any resources, error free, handy, and it is FREE. No, there's no spyware, or trojan and if anyone says so they are out right liars. The transparency is a great option too. Once again, it is simple, but it does what it's supposed to. Did i mention,"FREE"?

This neat little utility is simple, usable, and helpful.
This could even be a great supplement to your project manager, personal organizer or whatever you use to keep your mental edge. Use it and feel your zen increasing by remembering even the little things.
Cons
- It would be nice to have a version for at least the popular PDAs.
