I have been using Norton system works for as long as I can remember. Maybe as long as the program has been in production. This is the best system utility that I have ever utilized and the new versions even the beta are easier and more thorough to utilize and implement than any like program on the market today. At least this is the best I have tried and I have tested several. The tech support that I have utilized with Symantec products are second to non. They go out of their way to make sure that the product is operating properly on your system before they finish the session and my experiences with them have been pleasant because of the personnalness the technician exhibits like you are the only customer that matters and that your home system is as important as the system that operates a multi-billion dollar industrial account. I have referred several others to Symantec products and have gotten mixed remarks but have countered that the older versions that they have tried are not the same as the new and improved versions that have a much easier user friendly and more memory managable program. The improvements of the new interfaces are very substantial and desired from other programs that are on todays market. The versitility of Norton Utilities and the ability to utilize it along with the Internet Security program is very desirable with my needs and desires. The updates, ease of controlling the programs and how well the program protects and performs the desired tasks are my priority when looking at a program that I trust to protect and maintain my system and Symantec products have lived up to my expectations and have performed even greater than expected with some new and/or improved features.
