Version: Norton Internet Security 2010 2007
Pros: Installation went quick, activation was simple and over-all it ran very light, but...
Cons: ...the problems begin after rebooting!!! To make this review as short as the shelf-life of NIS2007, you need "Norton Removal Tool" to uninstall this "stripped-down-suite", so that's TWO strikes and it's outta here for good! (tech-support found nothing wrong....NIS2007 was working as expected..... lololololololol) THANKS SYMANTEC, I HAVEN'T LAUGHED THIS HARD SINCE THE McAFEE DISASTER!!!!

Cons: This rubbish came with my pc.Its a system hog.Deleted the whole lot within 10 minutes of starting my new pc up.Downloaded my fav' Zone alarm security suite.
I would not download any symantec products even if they were free!

"I can't write an honest review,"
Pros: I can't write an honest review because i don't use it. i just wanted to drop my penny's worth. I'm thinking, maybe we're a little to hard on old Norton these days. The virus scan rates 96.83%. i.2% behind Kaspersky. Not really to shabby now, is it? Their removal tool works , for those who didn't know, if you want to uninstall it. The interface is professional looking and for those wanting a full set of features, their all in ithere best I can tell. Unlike the common belief that it's expensive, it can be had at buy cheap software for a paltry $20,00 a year. Just shop on line but not from Norton, please!
Cons: It's my belief that no suite is bullet proof. On a new machine this one should be fine though. Hell, six / half dozen or the other anyway!

"good but makes my pc run as slow as hell"
Pros: i dont know
Cons: slowed my pc right down to the point of it not doing anything with 512mb ram and the pc is only 6month's old
go to zonealarm security suite its better and dont slow a pc down
