No redeeming features at all.
Cons
Will suddenly stop syncing with a phone. It is bloated with useless features. The interface is unintuitive, bright and flashy. It spontaneously crashes. It will also freeze and need to be terminated in the Windows task manager.
Summary
I've tried to make this work many times with many different phones. Lucikilly, I've usually been able to fall back on PC Suite and ignore the nag windows urging me to "update" to this piece of junk. Sometimes it will sync, sometimes it won't. It might suddenly stop syncing with a phone that worked correctly before. It will sporadically crash too, even if it is just running idle in the background. It is bloated with useless features. It tries to railroad you into getting an account with the Nokia store.
I get the distinct impression that some marketing and management types got together in a big room with a box of crayons, put a sign on the door saying "ENGINEERS STAY OUT", and planned out this steaming turd of a program with no real-world input during conception. It's an ill-conceived patchwork of mismatched and unusable components, and it has been for years. Nokia clearly doesn't listen to the forums full of irritated ex-customers who hate this app.
