Publisher's description
From InformAction :NoScript provides extra protection for your Mozilla/Firefox or Flock browser: this extension allows JavaScript and Java execution only for trusted domains of your choice. This whitelist based pre-emptive script blocking approach prevents exploitation of security vulnerabilities with no loss of functionality. You can enable JavaScript/Java execution for sites you trust with a simple left-click on the NoScript status bar icon or using the context menu in pop-up statusbar.
CNET Editor's Note: The Download Now link will prompt a local download of the Firefox extension. To install the extension directly, open the file using your Firefox browser.

Version: NoScript 1.1.3.4
"A perfect finishing touch to firefox for us control freaks."
Pros: Sits in a small corner of the bottom bar in firefox and clearly shows you through icons if javascript is allowed, disallowed, or partially allowed. One click on the icon brings up the menu in which you can set permissions (permanent or temporary) for the current site and any third party sites running javascript on the current site. The product is simple but ultimately powerful and means that you have 100% control over javascript in realtime during your surfing.
Cons: The options although relatively simple can be slightly confusing in language and create a cluttered feeling when you aren't in the mood for having to pay extra attention to the set up of your extensions.
