"Why Offer Crippled Trial?"
Version: NoMoreDupes for Outlook 2.1.2
Pros
Installs easily
Cons
Trial version identifies duplicates but doesn't remove them. UI is not very intuitive so the braille method is required to step through the processes.
Summary
May work with licensed version but offering trial that is crippled won't encourage me to purchase.

"Best add-on downloaded so far. Excellent !"
Version: NoMoreDupes for Outlook 2.1.2
Pros
It allows you to choose even .pst files. Very accurate and speedy. The previous softwares I tried worked for 30min, still leaving behind many duplicates. It searched in seconds & found further hundreds of duplicates and displays them.
Cons
No seen any
Summary
Wonderful and excellent add-on. You can rely on its results.

"OMGosh this is the best product of the MANY tried."
Version: NoMoreDupes for Outlook 2.1.2
Pros
Common sense approach to identifying and removing duplicate e-mails. You can view in groups e-mails identified as duplicates, open and read them before deleting. You can also change the e-mail selected for deletion.
Cons
Does not recognize different transaction numbers identified within the body of an e-mail, so not suitable for PayPal generated messages nor shipper notifications, like USPS, FedEx or UPS e-mails.
Summary
I just purchased a license, after trying the cnet trial download. That should speak volumes. I've been trying out the various Outlook duplicate removal programs for days. Most would not even work with Outlook 2010. This one did, easily and efficiently. The user has full control.

"Works like a charm, easy, and quick"
Version: NoMoreDupes for Outlook 2.0.6
Pros
Searches through all emails and archives and eliminates duplicates quickly. Free version allows ten deletions per search but no limit on searches.
Cons
The free version allows deletion of ten duplicates (if you have more than one duplicate of the same email, it counts as one duplicate). Also the free version only eliminates duplicates in the same folder (like the inbox) and doesn't cross reference.
Summary
I gave this a good trial. I have many email accounts over multiple devices that I have saved over the last 12 years. Sometimes I left the email in the original email account and Outlook would download the file several times (I have no idea why). I had several different outlook calendars, contact lists, etc of differentPDA devices which I had synced over the years. I never want to delete pass emails because I have found they come in handy, if you can find them. After trying the free version and seeing it worked fine, I bought the paid version and let it check everything. It found almost 40,000 different emails, contact lists, and calendar entries. It then proceeded to delete around 7,000 duplicates. Now, that is a good program.
This program is no non-sense. It is simple to use but a little too simple as it doesn't give many options, like rules for setting a priority of which email should be considered the original and the priority of duplicates. But it works.
I used it on Outlook 2003, but it is supposed to work on many different outlook and exchange versions (but I never tried it on others).
