"Nitro a good inbetweener. But it has irritating cons."
Pros
Nice interface, good features better than Adobe.
Cons
Interface and features not as good as Foxit.
What is very irritating though is that it tries to take control of your PDF reading. So much so that it prevents you from installing Adobe.
I have a multi-monitor system for study purposes, and require 2-3 PDF readers as not one of the available readers allow you to have 2-3 documents open at the same time each on a different monitor screen.Summary
A nice package inbetween Adobe and Foxit, but Nitro prevents me from running my system as I want it. I consider this as unethical and bad practices.

I think you may have done something wrong, I have both Adobe and Nitro Readers installed and they run at the same time. I use them in the same way as you, viewing documents on different screens.
