Summary
I downloaded Nimbuzz to use while traveling. It looked like everything was okay after the download--tried to make a phone call and got a message that I had no money in my account. I sent $20 and after I sent money and they sent a receipt, Nimbuzz would no longer recognize my password and I couldn't log in. Each time I tried to reset my password they would send an email stating that I would be emailed a new password but after six tries (and checking spam to make sure it didn't go there), I was never sent a password.
I have emailed them four times in five days, I have emailed itunes store about the matter, and no one has responded. I am beginning to think Nimbuzz is a scam and all the glowing reviews were planted.
After all this time and effort I am so frustrated I just want my $20 returned. However, it looks like I will probably be out of luck but I feel I need to warn anyone else who is thinking about downloading this app--DON'T! It's really frustrating to be taken for a fool.
