From loading it to using it, I have never had problems with this application. It is so easy to use, just schedule your backup and the software does the rest. Everyone should try it.

Summary
Great program, very easy to use. Have set it to do a weekly back-up to my website host server.
Most FTP back-up programs cost $30 and this is just $5 extra for additional zip functionality.
