I am a 52 year old diabetic woman and I can still use Nicky's World's Windows Media Skin!
Cons
The sequel is already out all too soon, available @ http://download.cnet.com/Dimensions-Window-Media-Player-Skin/3000-2106_4-10913086.html , making this one obsolete.

Also, no mouseover effects on the buttons, making them seem flat and static.Summary

I thought it would be hard for me, a 45 year old woman, to use...but lo and behold! I am keepin it as my media player!!!
