For six whole months I couldnt figure out why my internet connection was constantly cutting off. I was ready to buy a new computer. Then I installed ZoneAlarm and saw that this program was continually connecting to the internet and each time my connection would go dead. This is why it is called "netcut", I found out it is specifically a trojan to cut off your internet connection.

Pros
It does what it claims to. It provides information that it claims too. Very detailed.
Cons
When you uninstall, it does not uninstall completely! It leaves files that track your usage.
Summary
This software is good, but I dont like being fooled. While I have not found all the information traked, it does just that. It becomes so intertwined in your systems files that removing it is beyond painful.
