NetcMail offers multiple accounts when installed on a single PC in the same way that Outlook does, but NetcMail is also a true Multi-User system that allows anyone (with the relevant password) to access any of the configured mail accounts from one or more PC's at the same time. This is invaluable for situations where multiple people are handling mail, but wish to share the same mail account.

When installed as a multi user system NetcMail automatically updates all information across the network in real time, so you can see immediately if someone else is replying to a message, or if new messages have arrived in a folder. Naturally messages are locked if they are being replied to to avoid two or more people trying to reply to the same message at any one time.

NetcMail also provides simple folder indications whenever there are unseen messages in any of that folders sub-folders, even when the sub folders are not visible.

Each and every folder (and sub folder) in NetCMail has a very powerful folders properties configuration that lets you virtually totally preconfigure new messages or replies with sender and reply-to email addresses, default signature files, and even templates to be used. This powerful feature allows each folder to be used by multiple people, while still retaining the same address information for responses etc.

NetcMail allows you to reply or compose mail in normal text or to use HTML to maximise it's flexibility and suit your personal preferences

Messages can be resent quickly and easily when necessary, and a Work in Progress folder is also provided to let you work on mail until you are ready to send it.

You can even "Thread" messages in any folder to view them in the same structured way as NNTP newsgroups can be viewed in a newsreader.
