"Control Computer(s) Over - LAN, WAN, or Internet."
Version: NetSupport Manager Remote Control 10.5
Pros
"IT DOES WHAT YOU NEED IT TO DO"
I am a programmer, I program in the following language, and am still learning. Visual Basic 2008. I WANT TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE THIS PROGRAM. I LOVE THIS PROGRAM. NICE WORK !!! I will make a program like this one day.Cons
NO CONS !
Only a programmer would be able to point out what other features might be better. But from where I'm standing, its flawless. Very Nice Program. The only Con I have is against myself, I want to make a program like this, and I will one day.Summary
NOTE : I was looking for a program that you didn't need to use over the stupid Internet. I needed a program to directly connect an RJ45 Cable (Ethernet Cable) from one PC to another PC, and I found it. This program lets you connect a PC to another PC without a hitch. Enter the "computers name", and presto. The Computers name is the computers "REAL" Name not one that you make up using this software, its assigned name that you created when you installed the OS on it. Easy as pie.
Note : It connects to other computers VIA WAN (Wide Area Network), LAN (Local Area Network), and Internet.
It's a little confusing at first, but once you understand what your doing, its so easy its un-real. The Buttons are clear a crisp, when you view the other persons screen in the window and hit the scale to fit this window button you it shouldn't make the window any more bigger, it should resize to the window size that you made the window. Other than that I can't seem to get the audio to work I can't seem to hear anything, but that cool, I really don't care too much about audio. It's an extremely nice program, I like the little icon that shows what computers are available to control, right click it and choose view, and presto you can view that computer. I love the GUI of the file transfer window, its very nice, on top is your machine, and on the bottom is there machine, I mainly use it to transfer files. It's a hell of allot more better then to have to use an 8GB Flash Drive to transfer files.
Very Very Nice Program, Its the type of program that people like me use, Librarians, IT Professionals, Businesses ect ect.
It does whats its supposed to do with a very nice design.
I really want to make a program like this, because I know how to program in Visual Basic 2008 and I'm still learning computer Science and Object oriented programming.
I would recommend this program to anyone interested or serious about Remote Access Control. I would have to say this program is far better than all the other remote access programs available on the net today. -

"Great program, but high pricetag"
Version: NetSupport Manager Remote Control 9.0
Pros
Ok, this program has just everything and administrator needs in a Big Company. You control the multiple computer without any problem. Can control your people what they do (Navigating internet when it isnÂ?t allowed for example), and you can create a kind of help desk, even using voice, whiteboard,.... I would give it a BIG 5 Star!
Cons
The heavy pricetag.for 15 users 1275 Euros.... Which is just a little to high for some companies, imagine 50 Users how much it would cost, while (althought not tha good) there is software cheaper and some for free

"this is a real improvment for netsupport, the look and fill is cool."
Version: NetSupport Manager Remote Control 9.0
Pros
The functions with Manger let you support your end uses without physically visiting that location. This has reduced my department costs by £65,000 or the cost of two support personal and their mileage. NetSupport Manager has paid for it’s self in three months from deployment, both in cost and improvements in the level of support the end user see.
I would recommend NetSupport Manager to any company that wish to support it uses.
Cons
The only down side if there is one to Manager is the Help file.. it not HTML.
