"Excellent"
Version: NetLimiter 1.3
Pros
- An excellent program that does everything it advertizes.
- The trial period isn't imposed so if you really can't pay for it, you can still use it after 30 days.
Cons
- Still not freeware, and the trial notification is annoying
- Often crashes after ~24 hours of constant use. Also has other minor but noticeable bugs.

"Simple, easy, and works perfect..."
Version: NetLimiter 1.3
Pros
Easy to keep monitor of your application net traffic. You can set upload/download limits per application (very useful for P2P users with a slow upload connection), so your uploads won't clog your entire net traffic. It can chart total in/out traffic, schedule netlimits, and check your traffic history.
Cons
Is not freeware. Some software capatibility issues. Had very serious problems with some software such as Xfire, which in the past used LSPs (latest Xfire no longer uses this and is now capatible with Netlimiter). Other than this, the program is perfect.

"Netlimiter restart system"
Version: NetLimiter 1.3
Pros
I like the controls and the way it looks.
Cons
I tried the program on two computers with same problem. Program causes my computer to restart. My partial downloads are damaged and I can't resume them. I wonder if the problem exist in the purchased version to. I'd like it better if it didn't intergrate itself too much into the OS.

"***** Application !"
Version: NetLimiter 1.3
Summary
One of the most useful program, I've ever had.
You can change the download and upload speedlimit per IP-adress, and it is 1 second.
It has a very useful down and upload statistic table too.
I recommend for everyone ! -

"Awsome"
Version: NetLimiter 1.3
Summary
This program can be described in one word, "Awsome." I download alot of large (500mb to 4g)files and this lets me continue those downloads while surfing the internet or download smaller files. It is also very easy to use and stable. Plus, from what I know, it's a realitivly small process.

Summary
it doesnt work with me. i limited my torrent software but it keeps uploading more then my limitation.
also, the download and upload numbers it shows are not same with the numbers my net based programs claim. such as, my download manager says its downloading with 17k. while netlimiter says it is 15 or 16.
