Version: NetHelpDesk 4.11c

"Excellent product and service"

Pros: This software has the functionality of software way more expensive. I found it very easy to use, highly customizable. We must have tried about 20+ different products - this was the clear winner.
Excellent tech support too. Highly recommended!
