Pros: Nothing about it to like
Cons: It does not function on Vista. Tech support is a joke - the same person will dance you around in circles and answer nothing.
Summary: Save your money! I feel I have been taken for $50.00 bucks and the so called tech-support is not real - sounds like someone in his/her garage answering you! read more

"Poor product -- Poor customer service"
Pros: The program did look at duplicate files.
Cons: I had difficulty getting the program to download properly as it is not compatible with Vista. Tech support expected me to be happy with using the Vista admin feature to open their program; however their program would not open the way they said
