    "Doesn't work, non-refundable, no customer service!"

    Pros

    My credit card company credited my account after trying several (6) times to get some help because Netdogsoft didn't work.

    Cons

    No customer or technical support. No phone # to call. All communication must be done by email. The only time I heard from Netdogsoft was to informed me of their "NO REFUND" policy.

    Summary

    Even though I was credited by my credit card company for the purchase of Netdogsoft, they still got to keep $25 for doing nothing at all. The company that handles their orders tried to help me by emailing the author of Netdogsoft but to no avail. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH IT YOU'RE STUCK WITH NO RECOURSE.
