You can also get free PC-to-PC calls, voice e-mail, and free voice chat. This version adds Windows 2000 compatibility.
The latest version of Net2Phone comes with the Net2Phone Internet Answering Machine with Caller ID. The Net2Phone IAM is a free service that works with the "Call Forward on Busy" feature of your phone line to answer calls while you're online. Once you've activated the Net2Phone IAM, callers no longer get busy signals when you are online. Instead, callers will hear a brief greeting after which they can leave a short message at the tone that you will be able to hear instantly.

I found nothing good about this product.
Cons
I agree with bad service comments. There are just mokyes sitting on other side, sending prerecorded answer which have usually nothing to do with your software.
Summary
They claim that if you install their net2phone software then PC2FA is working. That is not happening , I reinstalled it 10 x and it always gives nme error that PC2FAX driver is missing.

there are absolutely no pros, this company is a rip off!! shop at your own risk!

service, price, reliability. customer service - none existent. 3 guys (danny, tom and dino)sitting in an office, reading of a card the same answers, if you ask them something that is not on the card, they are lost and repeat what they just said.
Summary
i canceled my account with them, they refused to refund me on a full months service, then they went and charged me the next month too. i was then told that there is nothing i can do about it and that i am not going to get my money back. WORST COMPANY EVER. sure thing for a rip off, once they have your credit card #, they will keep on charging you until you cancel your card and switch banks...
i got a 2 month run around with the same answer: "we understand you concern, but the matter has been escalated to billing" or "we understand your concern but please allow one or two more business days" the same answers for 2 months. i will be filing a complaint with the AG and the BBB, and any other review boards i can find. stay clear of this company also doing business under voiceline/net2phone.

STEER CLEAR AND STAY AWAY!!! -

I like the Net2 phone server, coz through this i can talk internationally with low cost, so i can save more money otherwise i can talk more with my parents , friends & all.

Had no problem connecting, & the sound quality was fine. Called Scotland from Canada, daily, without problems.
Cons
Then, after not using it for 2 1/2 months, they want a $25 payment. After numerous e-mails to them, I have NO idea what this charge is for. Wasted my time trying to get a straight answer from them. Although it doesn't say it on their site, now only USA calls, PC2PC, are free.
Use Skype. A lot less hassle than these clowns!
