"The rate is incorrect and then no refund"
Summary: I contract and make call fron spain to Dominicn Republic and the rate in their web with comcenter is $0.12 and they charge $0.23 and this do the same thing in other words and they only say me by e-mail that they charge the service I've contracted..ba... read more
