The exe file did not execute.
Summary
The exe file did not execute. I got a security warning about 'unknown publisher' but ran it anyway. It did not fail, it appeared to do nothing. I brought up Windows Task Manager and monitored as I kicked off the exe file. It comes up on Task Manager for less than a second then goes away. Two stars instead of one because I did not want to rate it 'terrible'. I've used previous versions of this and found it to be fine.

Well of course it gives you a COBOL development platform on windows....thats a big pro to me.

Didnt work on Windows 7 fluidly.
Summary
Luckily I have Win 7 Pro, and was able to get it to work via VirtualPC and Windows XP Mode.

There are no pro's to a file that doesn't work.
Cons
File does not install, I have tried downloading from two different sources. Here on CNET and TechRepublic and neither of the files work and they seem to be the same file. Tested the file in Windows 7 Pro and Virtual PC and no go.

It does not recognize the Visiual Studio I have installed, so it will not work.
