Nero 9 delivers a refurbished digital media suite that's still as comprehensive as they come, though now in a more polished wrapper. The installation file is massive and once Nero is on your machine, it consumes a hefty serving of memory. Considering all it can do, though, we can only complain so much.
CD- and DVD-burning are still Nero's core, while shortcuts for burning and ripping CDs and DVDs are now accessible from the new StartSmart GUI, now adorned with an RSS reader. Authoring and burning high-definition CDs and DVDs are added features, and so is the ability to export video files made and edited with Nero to YouTube, MySpace, and MyNero.
Nero 9 introduces RescueAgent, a tool to recover data from damaged disks, and a gaggle of Vista features, including a one-click desktop gadget for copying CDs.
Despite the cosmetic alterations, Vista support, and enhancements, particularly to Nero Vision, the dramatic changes are slim. However, Nero's significantly faster application launch time and improved usability make the audio, video, photo, data, and home entertainment workhorse that lets you edit MP3s, capture and edit video, record and playback TV, create slide shows, back up data, convert audio files, check your hardware specs, and design disc covers with ease well worth a try.

Pros: None that are worth mentioning!
Cons: Very difficult to use, complicated steps for burning, not worth the price as charged in retail stores. Freeware programs are much BETTER!
Summary: DON'T BUY IT... IT'S NOT WORTH $1.00.

"Best burning suite on the market"
Pros: Easy to use ,works well no bugs.
Cons: Many programs included with this package i consider "bloat" as i would never use them .
Summary: Tip: Select custom install and uncheck any of the programs you don't use like Nero photo viewer ,Nero Media Centre etc as i found it uneccesary to have many of these programs Nero have bundled with this burning suite as Vista already has it's own M... read more >>

"Freezing up with Visa; 4 GB RAM, I TB drive"
Pros: Smooth interface; several gadgets
Cons: Vision 4. 1. Freezing up on editing video with Windows Vista, 2. Make DVD not play with it own player. 3. Make Movies, next button quits without notice; 4. If first PC crashed, another PC error messages "Another installation detected" .
Summary: Was a little bit comfortable with version 7 bundled with PC's. I am open to learning the paid verson 9.

"This product is very good and very helpful for me."
Pros: I like to use this product very much myself because it is easy to use.
Cons: I don't have anything that I don't like about this product, maybe just the price that I don't like because a little bid expensive product.
