You can't beat the price, and unlike the hot mess that is the built-in Windows train wreck for disc burning, it actually works.

Hey, if you're worried about advertising on your computer, BUY AN APP, you miserable cheapskate! The world is not free, so move out of your mother's basement and stop whining.
Summary
I wish that the KwikBurn module was included in the original download and install, but maybe they'll fix that in a future version, since it's pretty much useless or redundant without it. Having said that, it's still a smart presence in the market. Similar to Adobe making Reader free, this puts a reminder on every desktop that Nero is a one-stop solution to the utilities you usually have to cobble together. Windows Media Player, a burning tool that actually works unlike the built-in Windows mess, etc.

I am very pleased with the new KwikMedia. I have all the power of Nero's great media management tools plus I can create output, not only digitally, but I can seamlessly now create and order photo products such as cards, calendars products, and photobooks.

This borders on being adware. It has no functionality whatsoever, but I couldn't find this out until I had spent 1 full hour installing it.
Summary
This product has no functionality whatsoever except to try to sell you additional add ins. It takes longer to install than most operating systems. I can't believe that CNET even allows this software as a download. I'm going to try a system restore to fully get rid of it and I hope that works.
