    I THINK THIS IS ONE OF THOSE SCAMS WHERE THEY PROMISE YOU SOMETHING AND THEN TRY TO SWITCH YOU TO ANOTHER MORE EXPENSIVE PRODUCT. iTS CALLED BAIT AND SWITCH.
