I downloaded the trial version and had no problems - only thing was a watermark.

. I paid the 40 bucks and now THE SAME FILES will not convert from MOV to AVI - even though THESE files converted with the trial version.

II downloaded the trial version and had no problems - only thing was a watermark. I paid the 40 bucks and now THE SAME FILES will not convert from MOV to AVI - even though THESE files converted with the trial version.
Support non-exiatent - sent the files IAW the web site - 2 weeks and no word. I called Paypal and stopped payment
