I AM UNABLE TO REGISTER WITH E/A GAMES

AFTER repeated emails to EA/Games I cannot register with them and I am using the PASSWORD and USERNAME they sent me on my requestby email.
EA GAMES WHO SUPPLY THIS GAME WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO REGISTER ON THEIR WEB SITE, I HAVE A USER NAME AND A PASSWORD AND AN EMAIL ADDRESS. I AM UNABLE TO PLAY THIS GAME AND IT IS MY OWN CD THAT I PURCHASED AT EA GAMES IN NEWCASTLE AT MOUNT HUTTON SHOPPING CENTRE.
PLEASE can you help me with a customer support email address so I may try get some HELP, I have game on a CD and still am unable to use it.
