Of all the screensaver programs out there, here is one that can be created by you that can display your city or location with water, rain.

Pros
I can take famous paintings with water in them, e.g., Hopper, and make great screensavers out of them. Also, I live in Chicago and can take photos of Chicago and the Lake and do the same.
Cons
it is difficult to properly save for later use a screensaver you have personally created.

It's a program that lets you create some niftty screensavers that are personally yours.

does alot of water effects and smoke fire .. can be adusted to do pistion type motion too. makes savers, gifs, and vidios, can see effect being done as you put it on with one of 6 masks
Cons
the whole product line NO LONGER WORKS WITH WINDOWS 98 OR 95 and neither do the savers.. only 6 effect masks.

great for water illusions. and dor creating savers and gifs.

if you make a mistake and want to go back there is no erase button. there is an undo button but if you have progressed on the picture and then see something you don't like you can't undo it. this usually happens after the first picture preview.

I like all the features of this software. In addition, the owners and creators of it, are excellent in their response to customers and very helpful and most of all, kind and considerate and not just in the business to make money. I highly recommend this program to anyone seeking an affordable, outstanding animation program.
