Installed NXPowerLite, opened it, easily found and added my PDF files (Windows Explorer type interface), hit "optimize" and presto ... 70% to 80% smaller PDF files (ie 2995 KB PDF File compressed to a 995 KB File) Opened them up and the quality is as good as original! What an awesome utility program!!

Converts embedded photographs in my MS Word reports easily and seemlessly and enables me to email them.
Cons
It would be great if it could convert my Word file to a PDF straight after it compresses the photos.
Summary
I write structural reports on buildings containing loads of embedded photographs in Microsoft Word; then I have to email them. NXPowerLite seemlessly makes it possible to email my reports with no loss of photographic definition. Without it, I would have no hope of achieving what I need to.

Amazing quality, very impressed with the file quality for such a big reduction in file size.

Would be great if the product compressed PDF files as well.
Summary
I found the product easy to use and very reliable. It required no guess work as it's compatible with Outlook and other standard Microsoft applications, very convenient. The compression software allows you to choose five different compression options to suit your needs. I would highly recommend this product for it's flexibility and efficiency.

Integrates with email and compresses outgoing files.
Cons
The fact that it works automatically with email is also a negative. The program wants to compress every outgoing file even basic spread sheets that are fairly flat. That is unnecessary to me and annoying.
Summary
I do like the product overall but would like the ability to use it only when I want to.
