  Don't know why Windows 98SE would not install my CD-ROM or accept the drivers that came with it. This file solved the problem and my CD-ROM is finally up and running! THANK YOU!

  Tried 4 days for my old comp. to recognize the cd-rom player. As a last resort went to this site, downloaded the program, click, click, and now it recognizes my cd-rom player. Just marvelous!

  Not only does it not tell you how to install the file, but once you do figure it out, it doesn't work.

  .... this sucks..... screwed up my comp just for downloading it, it screwed up all my dll files for some reason and I had to reinstall windows and use another drive to run the boot disk
