    "Great Software, Poor Technical Assistance"

    Pros

    Software has a lot of options, and is fairly intuitive. Works well.

    Cons

    Company EXPECTS you to burn and keep the original software), and is un-supportive of re-installation of your on-line purchase. My hard-drive crashed, and I had to reinstall my OS and programs, the current software doesn't work with my purchase.

    It doesn't matter. I kept my original software, and when I went to load it onto my new (replacement) PC, it wouldn't let me load it. I have been following up with Support for a full year just to see what will happen. They say all I need is a patch, but won't send it. Then they say they DID send it, and to check my email history. BS. I'm sure they want me to re-purchase the software. Not on your life!
