You have to restart the program to get a fresh scan result.
It said it deleted files, but upon the next scan they were still there.
It doesn't allow you to find out what the files are, to figure out if it's safe to delete the files.Summary
Not worth your time and effort.
I started it up and had it scan a secondary hard drive only. I told it to delete the files and it said it did. I scanned again and the scan result was identical to the first one. I had it scan the primary and secondary drive, and the scan result was still identical. I restarted the program and scanned both drives, then it finally came up with a new scan result. But even then it hadn't deleted the files it originally said it did.
I told it to delete the internet temporary files and some others I figured were safe to delete, and it got most but not all of the ones it had found.
It also listed my user temp files, but not being able to see what they were, I refused to let it delete them.
Every time I needed a fresh scan, I had to restart the program.
Running on WinXP SP3.
Like I said, not worth your time and effort. -
"A Neat Little Nugget"

Pros
Quick little cleaner, simple to use. I'm a fan of small programs like this one. Just follow instructions. Speeds up PC operations. Free and easy.
Cons
Don't overdo it, or it may bollix things up. I've had no difficulty, but with PC's I go by the axiom 'the less you mess with 'em, the better.' Works for me.
Summary
Good for beginners who do as they are told and advanced users who know what they're doing.
