I saw nothing to like - I wrote to the author but haven't heard back

After downloading it twice I still get a fatal error before the program starts.
This is totally worthless to me - I sent a copy of the error message to the author and have heard nothing back.Summary
No support, non-functional software, I uninstalled it and am using a different piece to do my registry backups.

When I start the application, it complains that access to C:/Windows/System32/Config/Security is denied. Once in the application, when I click on "Backup Registry Now", nothing happens.
