"Unlimited" to them means "Your consumption of MPCB Products or Services may be deemed excessive if, within any month, your usage greatly exceeds the average level of monthly usage of MPCB's customers, generally."

Summary
I have had them now for 2 months, hoping that they could resolve what seems to be a very promising product. 67 emails later, I still could not get one of my two machines to backup and it was sooo obvious that it is was incorrect account settings. However, almost every support email was sent by another new email tech and they never seemed to read the history of the issue. This leads to countless retelling of the issue. Yesterday it appeared that they had finally fixed it by correcting the settings on my account, but now both of my computers show as expired (free) accounts and won't backup at all! They have greatly reduced my price but it does not make up for the complete frustration I have encountered. I know my case is probably not the rule, but man, just the fact that their support seems so clueless is amazing to me. It's almost comical now as we are retrying the same old fixes when it obvious to me that the settings are wrong on their side. Buyer beware.

Even though they have great pricing, the product is a complete train wreck. We bought the product yesterday and have had to contact tech support 4 times. Their web-site is having issues. After reading other reviews on another post, this may be a common occurance. We had been using Trend Micro safe sync before and just switched to mypcbackup when our subscription ran out. We thought Trend Micro was slow, but was way better than this, and at least it didn't cause our computer to crash. Now maybe we'll try Carbonite or one of the others. I've asked myPCBackup customer support for a full refund. If they do so in a timely manner, I'll change the review from 1 start to 2.
Summary
Don't waste your money! The aggrevation isn't worth it.
