  Pros

  Ummmmm...can't think of any.

  Cons

  After 6 months, less than one third of my files have been uploaded. What kind of protection is that? Even on days that I run the program for 24 hours, only a miniscule number of MBs are uploaded.
  
  I set it to come on automatically, and it doesn't.

  Summary

  For the price of a two-year discounted subscription, you can get an external TB drive and back your back ups within hours.

  I have experienced the same issues and support is non existent. In fact they even charged me $9.95 even though I did not request priority support. Plus, I still have not heard from them nor have they even issued a support ticket after 2 days. I would stay away from these guys. This is a bad company.
