"Why buy, Motorola provides free"
Pros: This provides you with a way to upload ringtones and wallpaper from your pc. But review the cons, it is available for free.
Cons: Why purchase, this is available from motorola. It is called IDEN Webjal. Same but no cost.

Pros: This is a stable utility.
It will work, even with the cheezey yet durable i355.
Cons: The ten day trial is not fully functional, and for me was only 6 hrs. Support? Ha ha ha...
Faq, or Forum help may as well be nonexsisting.
The window won't expand.
Third month, and still no media at the "MyPortal" site
Did I mention I'd like to expand the window.
I'd suggest brushing up on MIDI Tool Box, Amazing Midi, and Infranview.
But it works.

"PAID BUT NEVER RECEIVED KEY - FILED COMPLAINT"
Pros: I would check "0" stars if it was possible, since I never received anything after paying!!!!
Cons: Paid through Paypal instantly as instructed, but never received key. Followed instructions to retrieve key, and still get an automated run-around. No response through email, just automated messages telling me to wait 1-2 more business days. A waste of $9.95, and a headache trying to recoop. Filing complaint for refund.
