We've seen a lot of Internet TV players, and the quality varies widely. Perhaps the biggest stumbling block for programs of this sort is the quality of the links that are included; more often than not we encounter programs that link to plenty of different streaming TV channels but then find that half the links don't work. Unfortunately, My Internet TV suffers from this problem: although it offers hundreds of channels from around the world, a lot of them simply don't work. We acknowledge that not all channels are on 24 hours a day, but we don't think that this fully explains the problem.
Other than the issue with non-functioning streams, we liked My Internet TV. The program's interface is well-organized and attractive, and the program has several features that we don't typically see in this sort of program. We were most impressed with the preview option. While users are watching a channel in the program's main viewing area, they can preview another channel in a smaller area to the side. We also liked the fact that the program has a favorites list, allowing users to keep track of their favorite channels. The program's built-in Help file is brief but adequate. Overall, we think that My Internet TV has potential, but users should expect to spend some time hunting for content.
My Internet TV is free to try, but the trial version shuts itself down after 10 minutes of use. The program installs politely but leaves a folder behind upon removal. We recommend this program to all users.

This software application must be used to get a new way to watch television. It does not pose any handling trouble and perusing the channel list is as easy as scrolling the mouse wheel or using keyboard arrows. My Internet TV has a preview window that works independently from video window; it is similar to picture-in-picture on television sets and it is very useful to take a quick look at a channel while watching another one.
The application is fully resizable and the user can customize the look and feel at his pleasure. It permits to create a list of favorites in order to have a direct list of the most used channels. But the application goes beyond other similar software programs giving a simple way to populate a proper personal list of channels.
