15 days into the 30 day "free" trial I decided Mvelopes was too time consuming to learn so I followed their procedure to cancel my trial. I was given a cancellation confirmation number but 15 days later they charged my credit card $130!!
Summary
Decide whether you will use Mvelopes BEFORE giving your credit card # to start the 30 day "free" trial. If you decide you don't like Mvelopes, even before the 30 days is up, expect Mvelopes to charge your card at the end of 30 days.
