"Buggy software not made to do what it says it will"

I would not recommend this software to anyone as I have so far restarted my computer more than 20 times to help it continue converting my files. Even so, I still have more than 700 songs it cannot convert due to some process on my computer not allowing it to continue. It cannot define what process it is either.

"Not an Upgrade that XP users need or can even use."

Only one: Trial Version 3.0 installs in separate Program folder, so it can be deleted with Revo without losing your version 2.x
Cons
Scam on owners of MuvAudio2 who don't need x86 version but are told they do -- assuming all their customers have Windows 7. No true customer support on this or other issues.. No upgrades for Win XP (MuvAudio 2.x) since 2009.
Summary
They're betting you won't notice you don't need the 3.x versions in their attempt to get you to pay for it more than once, even if you're still using XP. Far better FREE conversion programs out there.

Summary
I bought this software and even purchased an upgrade. When I tried to migrate it to a new computer my software key no longer worked. Even the old key for my original version that the website sent me wouldn't work for the previous version available for download. I filled out the web support request, left emails, and voicemails for a month and absolutely NO RESPONSE. So, DO NOT BUY this software. I will switch to something else.
If you use the high speed conversion mode you might find clicking sounds in your converted file. Menu options are in weird places.
Software works OK. Support does not exist, even after you pay for the full version and any upgrades. "MuvOn" to a different software package. This company is a scam.
