Version: MusicBridge 1.6.1
Pros: Its quick and easy and does the job - if a little "basic". The fact this guy did something for the community that no one else had done (even if it wasn't difficult to code!).
Cons: Its still in its infancy - there are probably some bugs here and there.

"Essential piece of software!"
Pros: I was looking forever for a tool to synchronize between Windows Media Player and iTunes. I am a dedicated iPod user, but also use Media Center at home in my living room which means I hvae to use Windows Media player.
This tool is extremely useful. The UI isn't the prettiest, nor does it have every feature you'd want. But it does do the job of sync'ing ratings and covers back and forth and will even help you backup this info.
Great work to the creator!
Cons: No easy way to only sync info from songs that have *changed* from the last time you ran it. This will mess up any dynamic/smart playlists you have based on "recently updated" songs since this software touches everything.

Version: MusicBridge 1.6.2
Pros: Syncs iTunes and WMP; easy to use; you can download song info using WMP and MusicBridge will have it all synced to iTunes.
Cons: The first time used, some song ratings didn't sync properly. Did not sync album art downloaded by iTunes.

Pros: This program has saved me countless hours i would have wasted converting 2200 AAC files into mp3s, and finding new cover art for WMP to read for Media Center 2005. All was done in about 5 minutes max. It basically takes your entire iTunes library and sends it to WMP to be its library. You also need something like 3ivx in order for WMP to recognize the files first. I also used this successfully with Vista Beta 2. Author also helps with problems pretty quickly when i had issues back when first released. There is also tons of help @ thegreenbutton(dot)com.
Cons: Never had any problems. Easy interface, quick, and no converting or copying.

Pros: Please note there is an updated version of MusicBridge 2.0.1 which fixes a potentially serious bug. Unfortunately it can take up to 2 weeks to get the new version on here. In the meantime you can download it from my webpage jrmwillis.googlepages.com
