Maybe it works for ipods which can be disk enabled

Doesn't work with iphone. Program requires that the phone is disk enabled to work.
There is no way to do that on with I phone using itunes. The only way to enable disk enable is to jail break phone. Bottom line I am out the money. Should have tried it first-espensive lesson. USE instead -- I tried Touch copy works as described (very well laid out app)--- I will try for refund. -

while the demo video and help text does not walk you thru the mac setup, my emails to Jared were answered immediately , and the program works as advertised -- i transferred 720 songs from a windows-based ippod to my new imac with no problem (once Jared gave me a couple tips). -
