"Greatest RAD program I ever owned"
Version: Multimedia Builder MP3 4.9.7
Pros
I've been using MMB for almiost 9 years. I have developed several professional programs in record time. Its capabilities have no limit and learning curve and development time beats VB6, VB .NET VB 2008 DELPHI and other so called RAD programs..
Cons
So far there is NO updates by MediaChance and MMB is on the verge of abandonware. Sad for an efficient all around software.
Summary
So far I have not ran into a situarion in which MMB has not being able to do everything I have required. The MMB community has been helpful in all situations and I have developed efficient software in this competitive market. This software has not been updated to the present times and is falling behind the Web, Silverlight and ohter new technologies.

Pros
Easy to use, Shareware try before you buy. Many additional add ons created by users. Great built in scripting and objects so you can make a multitude of software applications with the support of a huge online community.
Cons
Has some minor things missing but once you learn the scripting and with the additional dlls provided on mmbforums.com you can do a lot.
Waiting patiently for the next major upgrade.Summary
This product is now upto 4.98
I have created a number of applications using this software. It is a great way for a person new to software writing and design. It is reasonably priced. There are untold dll add ons created free by users making this product even better. Look you cannot go wrong with this product and starting at US$45.00 what are you loosing if you purchase it.
I wrote XML creator "http://www.mmb.co.nz" for Joomla using this very application.
