Version: MozyHome 1.5.2.1
"I Want To Love, I Just Don't"
Pros: Backs up your files with virtually no effort, installs quickly, stays on top of your files.
Cons: Fails about once a month, then continues to fail in backing up until you finally have to go to tech support to "do a clean reinstall", that after sending backup and error logs to support. Then an initial backup of 100 hours.
Summary: Can't say I will renew. Support is slim and it is definitely buggy on the Mac. When it works it's great, but it fails far too often with no really reason apparent. In two years I have had to reinstall a dozen times, way too many. And each new ins... read more

"I use it, not sure if it will ever restore lost data"
Pros: Its automatic!!
Cons: I am not sure where its getting its information, some times it looks like its uploading "old" info.
Summary: I use it because I do not know if it will protect me. I do know, however that Superduper does protect me and my backup! read more
