Pros: Seems to perform like it should and have all the needed options.
Cons: The UI is sometimes a little hard to figure out. Need to search for ways to do what you want, if you want to "tune" things a little.

Pros: Automatically backs up 2GB offsite for free.
Cons: Pay to backup more than 2GB.
