Version: Mozy Remote Backup 1.6.2.6
"Way Too Slow"
Pros: Offers a free 2GB allocation.
Cons: Takes days not hours to do backups. Servers are problematic. Company has a no refund no matter what policy. So if the service doesn't work correctly as it did with me and you bought some extra storage space above the free 2GB, you're out your money.

The initial backup is slow often taking the entire night to backup but that's not the fault of Mozy Backup; it's the upload speed of your Internet connection. I have a 1.9GB Outlook file that backs up overnight without incident and incremental backups happen within minutes during the day while my PC is idle. I have 3GB of storage space for free because of my referrals.

Mr. Brown, you are luckly Mozy doesn't sue you for lible and defamation. I just read on another website the response of Mozy to your claims, and you appear to be a wolf in sheep's clothing.
They do give refunds, but you appear to have been so vindictive that they decided to stick to their printed policy of no refunds, even though they make exceptions for other people.
I once read a great analogy. If a snake bites you, you have a choice between two options: 1)Bitterly chase down that snake and try to kill it, while the poison rapidly spreads through your body and to your heart or 2) Extract the bitter poison as fast as you can so it doesn't destroy you.
Mozy is a fantastic service. You apparently were able to purchase a cut-rate package because Mozy was in beta (they don't even offer that pricing anymore). So, you've got to allow for errors, but apparently your errors weren't even bad enough that you couldn't backup at the rate Mozy says you can backup (see their FAQ).
