Pros: Ease of use. Junk filters work very well once trained.
Cons: Difficult to find help. Had problems setting up junk filtering at first, finally found the solution quite by accident.
Clicking on a link in an email only opens a new tag if your browser is already open. Would prefer it to open in a new window.Summary: It's good. I'm using it now as my default. read more

Pros: Ease of archiving both inbox and sent messages. Ease of compacting. Ease of searching. Able to cope with large numbers of emails.
Cons: Address book needs improving

Pros: First pro is it's free and second is the support. Also, attachments are easly accessed
Cons: having trouble with fonts. would prefer large bold text. will read help files to remedy situation
Summary: I'm still new at using M.Tbird and haven't used all the features but am satisfied so far. read more

"better than outlook and free, free, free."
Pros: free, and does as good a job as outlook, probably a better job.
Cons: the same problem with outlook, creating mail account needs to be simplified. one click.

"I started using this instead of OE & like it MUCH more."
Pros: Loads faster, doesn't spit 'error' messages at me, runs smoother, doesn't lock up on a program like OE does, just easier & more secure now I'm used to it.
Cons: Nothing wrong so far.
Summary: It's just MUCH faster loading, especially when toggling back & forth between sites. read more
