"good but no way to get support for problem"
Pros: ease of use
Cons: lost all messages on my server when I transferred from Comcast and cannot get in touch with thunderbird to find them. Need an 800 phone number

Pros: The way it seperates the mulitple accounts and has the filters. Has I nice look and feel to it.
Cons: Has a very difficult time with mulitple SMTP accounts. Until that is fixed I can not use it.
