"No, uh-uh, *************!"
Pros
Tabs, plug-ins, lots of available sites. Easy to uninstall.
Cons
When I started to use it I spent most of my time downloading the plug-ins and add-ons. Supposedly after I used it for awhile the necessity to download something everytime I visited a new site would end. I got tired of the interruptions and crashes.
Summary
I've been using computers since the early 80's. I build my own and I've never bought one off the shelf. Having said that, I just didn't like using Mozilla. I didn't have the warm fuzzy feeling using it that most fanboyz raved about. It interferred with my usual web hopping experience. A Comcast tech recommened it to me so I tried it. Every time I tried to use a tab, my internet crashed. I'm not ruling out that something on my computer might have been a cause, but what do I know? I didn't like it anyway.
I'll take the good ole IE (9 beta) for now. At least I can surf without crashing into a wall whenever I click on a tab. When Firefox fixes its bugs and quirks I may try it again. Sheesh, that's what I said 5 years ago too....
